On a beautiful Spring Sunday in September 2015, the Parkville Women’s Hockey Club once again took up their tongs and donned their aprons to tantalise the taste buds of Bunnings (Maribyrnong) customers. A fun day was had by all and we raised funds to help us celebrate our forthcoming birthday bash (30th anniversary).
In November 2014, the Parkville Women’s Hockey Club got sizzling their sausages at Bunnings. This is what the President had to say about the day:
‘well what a great success the sizzle was today. fabulous effort. we sizzled and cooked and did our customer relations with great flair. some of you have a career in customer relations which i think you should look into.
so, does team that sizzles together stay together? will we sizzle on the pitch next year?
